Note: Vehicle field is optional for those visitors, if the visitor is sharing the same vehicle which is already entered, against any other visitor. (e.g. If two individuals are travelling in one vehicle, it is to be entered only once against either of the visitor's name.)
All visitors are hereby informed that submission of the Declaration / Undertaking Form duly filled and signed along with the permit is mandatory for entry into the Sanctuary. The prescribed form may be downloaded from the link provided below and shall be submitted at the entry gate.
