Description: |
Deciduous, spreading tree, upto 40 m tall; branches brittle. Leaves bipinnate, 1 m long, 50 cm broad, crowded towards the ends of branches; pinnae 15-20 pairs, each 10-25 x 3-5 cm; pinnules 10-20 pairs, oblong. Flowers bright yellow, large, on erect, branched terminal panicle. Pod obovate, 10 x 4.5 cm. Seed solitary. |
